The Saugeen Trading Community (or STC) has approximately 120 members trading a diversity of products and services.
We have settled on a one time registration fee of $15 Canadian, which pays to set up databases and send initial information and application packages. There is also an annual fee of $20, which covers the costs of newsletter printing and mailing, hall rentals, phone bills etc. In addititon there are administration fees of 24 saubucks a year. 8 saubucks will appear on your member statements which will be sent three times a year.
To join up, read and sign the Members’ Agreement and fill out the Membership Application Form, make a list of goods and services you wish to offer as well as a list of things you want. Enclose a cheque payable to STC for the registration and annual fees and return to the STC mailing address (see sidebar).
Please allow 30 days to process your application. We will collate the information and return to you as soon as possible:
- Membership card with account number
- “How to" manual
- Good and services list
- Members list
- Revenue Canada tax information
- Receipt for your fees
